RUN ANALYSIS & STRENGTH ASSESSMENT    

  • $90 for full analysis of your running technique, including form flaws; learn drills and exercises to improve and fix any problems.

  • Full evaluation of your muscle imbalances through a body weight strength assessment; learn stretches and exercises to correct

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Individual Training $70 per 1 hour session; $780 for 12 ($65 per session)

  • Partner Training $55 per person, per 1 hour session; $600 for 12 ($50 per person , per session)

  • Small Group Training 3+ $35 per person, per 1 hour session; $360 for 12 ($30 per person, per session)

  • Workout Specific Training (i.e lower body, core) $40 per 30 minute session

  • Individual Training for Run Clients $60 per 1 hour session
